  • Does not originate from a website containing unlawful, deceptive or seriously harmful material.

We may request the removal of a link where we reasonably consider that it is misleading, unlawful or harmful.

Press and media materials

Materials made available through the Allegro 234 Copy for Press section or expressly identified as press materials may be used only in accordance with the terms stated in that section.

Unless otherwise indicated, such materials may be reproduced solely for genuine editorial, journalistic or media coverage relating to Allegro 234, with appropriate attribution and without misleading alteration.

Commercial, promotional, advertising or merchandising use requires prior written permission.

The existing link to Allegro 234 Copy for Press should be retained.

Trade marks and brand assets

“Allegro 234”, its logo and other names, signs, slogans, service names and visual assets displayed on this website may be registered or unregistered trade marks or protected commercial identifiers.

Nothing on the website grants a licence to use those assets.

They may not be used:

  • As part of a company, product, service, domain or social-media name;
  • In advertising or promotional material;
  • In a way that implies endorsement, certification, partnership or affiliation;
  • In a confusingly similar form; or
  • In a manner that damages or takes unfair advantage of their reputation.

Nominative references to Allegro 234 must be accurate, proportionate and not misleading.

Client names, logos and case studies

The website may refer to clients, partners, collaborators and other organisations and may display their names, logos, projects or materials.

Those names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, attribution, portfolio or case-study purposes under the relevant authorisation or lawful basis.

Their inclusion does not grant website users permission to reproduce or use them.

Case studies describe Allegro 234’s involvement and understanding of the relevant project. Confidential or proprietary information belonging to clients remains protected in accordance with applicable agreements and law.

Third-party content

Some photographs, fonts, illustrations, videos, embedded materials, quotations, articles, data or other resources may belong to third parties and may be subject to separate terms.

Where ownership or licensing information is identified, users must comply with the conditions specified by the relevant owner or provider.

Allegro 234 does not grant rights over third-party material.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience or reference. Allegro 234 does not automatically endorse, control or accept responsibility for their content, availability or intellectual-property practices.

Unless different terms are agreed, you grant Allegro 234 a non-exclusive right to receive, reproduce and use the material to the extent reasonably necessary to respond to the submission, evaluate a proposal, deliver the requested service or carry out the purpose made clear when the material was collected.

Public use for testimonials, publicity or case studies will be subject to any consent, contract or other authorisation required by law.

  • Perform automated text or data mining for commercial purposes.

Any machine-readable reservation of rights published through metadata, protocol files or website settings forms part of this notice.

Nothing in this section restricts a use that cannot lawfully be prohibited under mandatory legislation. Where the law permits rights holders to reserve rights against text and data mining, Allegro 234 SL expressly reserves those rights.
