Roberta Larocca
Roberta is a founding partner of Allegro 234 and a business leader with more than 25 years of experience across different organisations, markets and stages of transformation. Her work combines business development, organisational growth and the ability to turn strategic intent into practical progress.
She brings a distinctly human and entrepreneurial perspective, helping businesses connect people, brands and experiences in ways that create value and strengthen long-term relevance. Roberta also champions collaborative models and the belief that companies become worth admiring through the consistency of their decisions and actions.
Cristián Saracco
Cristián is a founding partner of Allegro 234 and a senior international adviser in business and branding strategy. For more than three decades, he has helped companies grow, transform and navigate disruption by connecting enterprise principles, business ambitions and brand strategy.
His work spans corporate and brand strategy, positioning, architecture, customer experience and implementation across Europe, the Americas and other international markets. Cristián is also a member of the Medinge Group and develops the ideas of ambidextrous strategy, brands with a conscience and branding as a business operating system.
